Recently, the MO has observed several cases of children using common facilities and shared areas in a manner that does not comply with established safety regulations[cite: 1, 2]. Reported Safety Violations

• Operating bicycles and balance bikes at excessive speeds within the Community Room, corridors, park lawn areas, and internal roadways[cite: 1, 2].
• Playing football on internal roads or in areas that have not been specifically designated for sports and physical activities[cite: 1, 2].
• Running, jumping, or engaging in horseplay in and around the swimming pool area[cite: 1, 2].
• Children using the swimming pool without the supervision of a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult[cite: 1, 2].

Management Guidelines for Parents

The above-mentioned behaviors not only pose potential safety risks to the children themselves but may also affect the safety and well-being of other residents[cite: 1]. In order to ensure safety and protect the common property, the MO respectfully requests all Residents, parents, and guardians to supervise their children to comply with the following[cite: 1]:

• Closely supervise and remind children to comply with the Building’s rules and regulations when using common areas[cite: 1].
• Do not allow children to use the swimming pool, play, or move around in areas that may pose potential safety risks without supervision[cite: 1].
• Guide children to play only in designated areas and refrain from riding bicycles or playing football on internal roads, corridors, and park lawns[cite: 1].
• Educate children to behave in a respectful manner and refrain from pushing, fighting, or engaging in violent behavior that may endanger themselves or others[cite: 1].

Trong thời gian vừa qua, BQLTN ghi nhận một số trường hợp trẻ em tham gia vui chơi, vận động tại các khu vực tiện ích và không gian chung chưa tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn, tiềm ẩn nguy cơ xảy ra tai nạn và ảnh hưởng đến sinh hoạt chung của cư dân, cụ thể như sau[cite: 1, 2]:

• Chạy xe đạp, xe thăng bằng với tốc độ cao trong phòng Sinh hoạt cộng đồng, hành lang, bãi cỏ công viên, đường nội bộ[cite: 1, 2].
