What is an SPA vs LTL?
SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement) is true ownership with a Pink Book (title deed), available only for 30% of units. LTL (Long Term Lease) is a 50-year lease contract used when the foreigner quota is full. SPA units always command a higher resale price.
Can I rent out my apartment?
