We’re dedicated to ensuring your new home is ready and comfortable from the moment you step inside. This document outlines our standard home preparation and includes a custom order checklist for items you may want to add, ensuring your move-in is as seamless as possible.

Standard Home Preparation (Complimentary Service)

• New Bed Linens: We’ll set up your primary bedroom with a new, high-quality linen set, including a reversible comforter with a removable inner, a fitted bed sheet, and four pillows with pillowcases.
• Cooking & Eating Starter Kit: We provide a basic set of kitchen essentials to get you started:
  • Drinking/Eating: 4 drinking glasses, 2 tea glasses, 4 dinner plates, 2 cereal bowls, 2 forks, 2 spoons, and 2 dinner knives.
  • Cooking: 1 induction-compatible non-stick frying pan, 1 small cook pot.
  • Utensils: 1 frying spatula, 1 slotted spatula, 1 skimmer strainer spoon, 1 spaghetti pasta spoon, 1 solid serving spoon, and 1 ladle.
  • Prep: 1 chopping board, 1 small knife, and 1 chopping knife.
